Remove the SQL server Managment Studio Sserver List dropdpwn

1. Close SSMS
2. locate the SqlStudio.bin file from - C:\Users\pchowdhury\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Tools\Shell\
3. Rename the file
4. Restart the SSMS

NOTE: Don't worry! It will be created again with the start of SSMS
